Every couple and family has a their own unique story to tell that will be passed down as their legacy. Turning everyday moments into once-in-a-lifetime memories is my favorite part of being a portrait photographer. I specialize in a portrait experience that’s built on creating organic, intimate moments that turn into beautiful timeless photos and luxury heirlooms. The soft, neutral tones of my images allow for the emotion to shine… creating an emphasis on what’s truly important: your love for those around you.

Whether this is your first time in front of my camera, or your a past client that’s familiar with my portrait experience, I’m looking forward to hearing what you’d like to create. I’ll guide you through the planning of the vision for your session and help you choose the best options for your heirlooms.
LOCATION
My lifestyle portrait sessions are meant to capture the beauty of day-to-day moments. Sessions are held on-location; either at your home, or at an outdoor location that holds a special place to you.
WARDROBE
To ensure that your photos are timeless and classic, I encourage a wardrobe of soft pastels or neutral tones with an emphasis on solid colors and keeping any patterns subtle. Having hair and makeup done professionally is also a great option to help you feel your best in front of the camera!
The SEssion
Sessions are meant to be fun and light-hearted, with gentle guidance and direction for posing. My goal is to capture life as it’s happening by interacting with you and your little ones. I’ve found that leaving room for a more candid approach in the beginning will allow little ones to get more comfortable before jumping into any posing. The length of sessions will vary by session type and amount of subjects.
DELIVERY
Galleries include 50+ images and will be delivered 4 weeks after your session is photographed. You’ll have access to to review your proofs online to choose your keepsake products.
KEEPSAKES
I believe your photos should be cherished in printed albums and photo frames, not just on digital media. I offer heirloom-quality keepsakes and ordering consultations to help you choose the best products to preserve your legacy.

A mix of classic architecture and beautiful gardens, the Cleveland Museum of Art is the true gem of our city. There are a wide variety of blooms from Spring, through Fall, so the landscape is forever changing.
Edgewater beach

We’re lucky to call the beautiful beaches of Lake Erie home. With lake views or Cleveland skyline views, any angle of this location is wonderful. Not to mention, there’s a lot of green space for little ones to run and play.
In-home

Having photos done in a familiar, comfortable place can make a huge difference in the outcome of your session. If you have a lot of great natural light in your home, this could be a great option for all types of sessions.
WARDROBE STYLING
WHAT TO WEAR
Solid colors that are light or neutral tones work best for photos. Soft, subtle patterns can be a great accent, but should be kept to a minimum. Mixing textures is a great alternative to avoid mixing patterns.
For the Littles
New babies work best with a solid, neutral colored swaddle or a good-fitting onesie (not too big!). It’s a good idea to have a back-up outfit for toddlers and kids, just in case!

HOW DO WE BOOK?
Let’s connect and figure out a date and time that work best for your session! A 50% payment of your session fee and a signed contract is due to secure your date & time. The remaining balance of your session fee will be due 3 days
before your session.
What if it rains?
If you're planning an outdoor sessions, inclement weather may cause us to reschedule your session. If there’s bad weather in the forecast (rain, snow, thunderstorms, etc), we will determine any rescheduling needs 24 hours
before your session.
Will my images be retouched?
Images will include a minimal, light facial retouching as needed. My goal is to show the best versions of you, while keeping your photos as authentic as possible. Specialty retouching is available for an additional fee, upon request.
How long will my session last?
Newborn sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on how well the baby is sleeping that day. It’s best to feed baby just a few minutes before your session starts. All other portrait sessions typically last one hour.
